Stronghold: Warlords released on PC

Yesterday FireFly Studios, which is responsible for the development of Stronghold: Warlords, published a release trailer for its brainchild. The game is already available on PC on Steam, GOG and Humble Store.

Stronghold: Warlords is a real-time strategy game in which players have to go from the 3rd century BC. The game will offer 31 campaigns involving 4 cultures of East Asia and other features:

• Free construction mode;
• Online multiplayer;
• Co-op with one fortress management;
• The ability to recruit AI-controlled warlords.

In addition, legendary historical figures like Genghis Khan will appear in the game. However, the reviewers were not too impressed by this.

On Metacritic, the game scored 71 out of 100. The main problems of Stronghold: Warlords are called the overloaded interface and the complexity of the game.
