Ubisoft and Ubisoft Montpellier have unveiled a new five-minute gameplay trailer for the adventure platformer, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.

The new game is described as a stylish and gripping adventure set in a mythological Persian world where players can manipulate time and space.

Key features of the game include the utilization of time-based abilities, combat skills, and platformer techniques to execute lethal combos and defeat enemies affected by time anomalies and mythological creatures. Players have the opportunity to acquire and equip new amulets from traders to tailor their gameplay style.

A prominent aspect of the game involves exploring the majestic Mount Qaf - a cursed Persian realm inspired by monumental landmarks. Gamers will traverse various biomes, each boasting its unique appearance, wonders, and dangers. Solving puzzles, discovering hidden treasures, and undertaking quests are integral to unraveling the secrets of this mysterious location.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown promises an enchanting Persian mythological adventure with a captivating and original storyline, featuring encounters with vibrant characters pivotal in uncovering Mount Qaf's mysteries.

The game boasts high-quality graphics, captivating cinematic scenes, and a fresh artistic direction, ensuring seamless gameplay at 60 frames per second across all platforms.

Scheduled for release on January 18, 2024, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, PC via Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store, as well as Luna. A demo version is set to launch on January 11.
