He wrote that his last day as CEO is approaching and expressed admiration for the advancement of talented employees within the company.

However, in recent years, Activision Blizzard has faced serious scandals, including allegations of discrimination and sexual harassment, along with a notable claim suggesting Kotick threatened to have his assistant killed.
Nevertheless, Kotick thanked his colleagues and departed with positive wishes for the company, expressing confidence in its future success.
