The recreation of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is making progress

Konami announced a reboot of the popular Metal Gear Solid series at the PlayStation Showcase, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. The trailer features an animal confrontation that obscures the identity of the main protagonist, Snake.

Even without game developer Hideo Kojima at the helm, Konami has promised a visual design, engaging stealth mechanics, and innovative sound effects to go along with a gripping narrative. Though the launch date for the Snake Eater remake is yet to be revealed, the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1 - a collection of ports of the first three Metal Gear Solid installments - will soon be available.
