Despite the lack of any details, people who meet the requirements published by the club representatives can apply for participation. You can find a form to fill out an application in a Twitter post. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must be in the United States or Canada to register for the event.

Hackathon (derived from "hack" + "marathon") is a competition in which programmers gather in small groups of several people and create software.

There are several types of hackathon, some of which are aimed at the educational process, while others are created to quickly solve a specific problem and create a program. In the case of Liquid, the teams will consist mainly of four people.
