Some players even recreate iconic video game locations in Minecraft, like Dimitrescu Castle from Resident Evil Village and the towering Erdtree from Elden Ring. The latest gaming-inspired build shared online by a Minecraft fan is especially impressive.

A Reddit user named Walzon_ shared an image of a Wild West town they’ve been working on for several weeks in the r/Minecraft subreddit. The town takes inspiration from Rockstar Games' open-world game Red Dead Redemption 2, particularly from a settlement in the Cholla Springs region known as Armadillo. Walzon_ mentioned that the saloon on the left side of the town, for example, was directly inspired by this location.

Walzon_ has discovered techniques to make the buildings look appealing in Minecraft, though they did not specify what these techniques are. Unfortunately, the town is still incomplete. The creator stated that the provided screenshot is the only angle where the town doesn’t look unfinished. They hope to showcase the entire town "in a month or so."
