Aleksey Kucherov on moving players from Russia: “This issue is resolved at a cost of approximately €1,500-2,000 each"

Alexey's experience in exporting players from Russia has reached great heights. According to him, €2,000 may well be enough to implement the emigration of cybersportsmen from this country:

Over the past few months, I have already become a professional in the issue of leaving esportsmen from Russia. In fact, there are very few options with the county from there. This country is very strongly affected by various sanctions and it is quite problematic for players to get a visa. The Russians have few options. One of these options is moving to Serbia. In terms of time and money, this issue is resolved at a cost of approximately 1,500-2,000 euros per player. Additional expenses are needed for moving and housing. If you take with a margin for all expenses, then 5,000 euros is definitely enough. In terms of time, it will take approximately 2-3 months to implement the entire process. Do not forget that players generate their own income and it will be good if they spend it outside of Russia.

Xaoc explained why sometimes Natus Vincere did not keep their fans up to date on the topic of moving players:

After we said that players can only be in NAVI after leaving Russia, we immediately began to implement this issue and gradually move our squads to other countries. If we want the players to leave, and we will always trumpet and talk about it, then there is a possibility that they will not be released from the country. If we were sometimes silent about the news about this, this does not mean at all that the leadership has ceased to deal with this issue. Our policy, as previously stated, is that we will only cooperate with players who are not residents of Russia. We prefer those esportsmen who have moved to Ukraine and pay taxes. There are also players who went to Serbia.

Kucherov claims that there were also such players who want to become citizens of Ukraine:

There were cases when they wanted to obtain Ukrainian citizenship. It's just not possible at the moment. This was quite problematic even before the start of the war, and if implemented, it took several years. Now it is definitely impossible to realize this idea.
