Magnum left KOI as a free agent
The Spanish esports organization KOI has announced the departure of Magnum from its VALORANT roster. The 21-year-old Czech player becomes a free agent in order to join the Apeks project, according to rumors.
Today we say goodbye to Magnum after half a year of working with him, thank you for giving us the help we needed when you arrived. And that concludes our goodbye to VALORANT Rising, see you in VCT.
Magnum made a name for himself with Fnatic, winning the VCT 2021: Europe Stage 2 Challengers 2 and making it into the top three at the VCT 2021: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers Finals, VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavík, VCT 2021: Europe Stage 3 Challengers 2 and VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers.
However, after an unsuccessful performance at VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík, the Czech esportsman left the British club to join KOI a few months later. Here, the 21-year-old player reached the semi-finals of the LVP - Crossfire Cup, and also took ninth place at VALORANT Regional Leagues 2022 Spain: Rising Stage 2.

Yet in the autumn, Magnum again went looking for a new team, as KOI became partners and allowed its players to explore options for continuing their careers. Since then, the Spanish club has managed to submit a squad for the VCT, while the future of the Czech player has remained unknown.
However, more recently, BLIX.GG published a report linking the Apeks organization with former Fnatic players Enzo, Magnum and Mistic. The roster will compete in VALORANT Challengers 2023 Northern Europe: Polaris.
