Vancouver Titans retire their coaches
The Vancouver Titans have taken to social media to announce that their Overwatch roster has undergone changes. Steven 'Flubby' Coronel and Ali 'Pew' Anwar left the band. They left after Maximilian 'Seicoe' Otter. The latter, by the way, was not a coach, but a player playing the role of DPS.
Flubby and Pew joined the Vancouver Titans on May 8, 2020. With their help, Vancouver Titans esportsmen have achieved the following achievements:
Безкоштовні дорогоцінні камені, а також щоденні, щотижневі та щомісячні бонуси!
- Overwatch League 2020 - Countdown Cup - 9th-12th place
- Overwatch League - 2020 Regular Season — 18th place
- Overwatch League 2020 - North America Playoffs — 12th-13th place
- Overwatch League 2021 - Regular Season — 19th place
Flubby started his playing career in 2017 and completed it in 2019. He performed under various tags and, together with Second Wind, even managed to take 11-12th place in the Overwatch Contenders 2018 Season 2 North America, for which he received $7,371. The coach’s activity began back in 2018 as part of the same Second Wind, after which he moved to the Vancouver Titans in 2020 and collaborated with them for two years. Now Steven 'Flubby' Coronel has decided to end his Overwatch career and dedicate his life to something else.
Unlike Flubby, Pew didn't make it as a player at all and played only two tournaments, one of which was a regular low-ranking event with a $600 prize pool. He won the ZOTAC CUP Overwatch Community Tournament #7 - NA for $330. Just like Flubby, Ali 'Pew' Anwar started his coaching journey with Second Wind, and after the team was disbanded, he moved to the Vancouver Titans.
Representatives of the eSports club did not talk about whether they would look for a replacement for the departed coach. Recall once again that on June 1, Maximilian 'Seicoe' Otter, who played the role of DPS, left the Vancouver Titans. He joined the club on January 5 this year and played with VT for five months.
