Nerfs for the following champions:
- Blitzcrank
- Fizz
- Jax
- Rumble
- Teemo
Champions undergoing rework:
- Nidalee
System buffs will impact the following items:
- Hextech Rocketbelt
- Sterak's Gage
- Executioner's Calling
System nerfs will affect the following items:
- Bloodthirster
- Frozen Heart
- Riftmaker
- Tidecaller's Blessing
Additional system changes include:
- Adjustments to minor rune stats
- Mechanism for accumulating charges with support items
