Champions Queue training series for Europe introduced
Riot Games has introduced a new feature to League of Legends for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa called Champions Queue. The next changes in the competitive ecosystem will allow players from the LEC and emerging esports players from European regional leagues to train in a new competitive environment.
Champions Queue is an invite-only adaptive system in League of Legends that allows professional players to train in an organized environment. It provides automatic lobby creation as well as channels for voice communication. All eligible players will be invited to a private Discord server that will plan, track and organize games between members. There will also be a leaderboard system coming soon for fans to follow.
Безкоштовні дорогоцінні камені, а також щоденні, щотижневі та щомісячні бонуси!
The first split of Champions Queue starts on January 24th and will run until February 23rd. Matches can take place within a four-hour block on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. To determine which players get access to the Champions Queue, Riot Games will create a special player council that will include several talents from the European League of Legends scene. Council members will vote on who gets access to Champions Queue, along with approving new players.
The creation of Champions Queue for Europe follows the creation of the North American Champions Queue, which was launched last year. In the first split of the spring season, the prize pool will be $40,000.
