Hanwha Life Esports made changes to their League of Legends rosters

Representatives of Hanwha Life Esports report on their Twitter account and other mass media that they have made changes to their League of Legends rosters. Management made a "castling" involving SamD and Cheoni, the two bottom lane players. Seong-mo 'Cheoni' Cho moved from Hanwha Life Challengers to Hanwha Life Esports starting roster, while Jay-hoon 'SamD' Lee moved from the main roster to Hanwha Life Challengers.

Hanwha Life Esports are taking part in the Korean League LCK Summer 2022, which started on June 15th and will end on August 28th. The total prize pool is ~$290,000. The winner of the tournament will earn the main reward of ~$154,000 and an invitation to the 2022 World Championship. The rest of the fund will be distributed among three teams that will take 2nd-4th place in the standings. The runner-up will earn ~$77,000 and 100 rating points, the bronze medalist will receive ~$38,500 and 80 rating points, and the 4th place team will receive ~$19,000 and 50 rating points.

The second roster, Hawnha Life Challengers, takes part in the LCK Challengers League Summer 2022, which runs from June 13 to August 12. The team shares the ninth position with Brion Esports Challengers, having 6 wins and 10 losses. SANDBOX Challengers not only face Brion Esports Challengers, but also T1 Challengers, SANDBOX Challengers, Gen.G Challengers, DAMWON Challengers, DRX Challengers, Freecs Challengers, Nongshim Redforce Challengers, KT Rolster Challengers.
