Nongshim RedForce Academy is the best youth team in South Korea

Came to the end of the LCK Academy 2022 Spring Championship. At the championship, which was held online from April 30 to May 29, seven youth squads of South Korean clubs competed for a prize pool of $7,937. The winner of the tournament was the Nongshim RedForce Academy team, which in the grand final was stronger than T1 Rookies with a score of 3:2.

The tournament for the future winner began with a difficult performance in the group stage, during which Nongshim RedForce Academy won five victories, suffered one defeat, and also drew six times.

In turn, following the results of the group stage of the LCK Academy 2022 Spring Championship, DRX Academy, Hanwha Life Academy and SANDBOX Gaming Academy left.

Having made it to the playoffs, the Nongshim RedForce Academy team first dealt with Freecs Academy (3:2), and then outplayed T1 Rookies (3:2) in the grand final. In turn, the Brion Esports Academy team won the match for the third place, which turned out to be stronger than Freecs Academy (3:2) and earned $1,588.
