Minecraft x Sonic the Hedgehog - a crossover with Sonic appeared in Minecraft

Minecraft developers have released another addition, which this time showed itself from an extremely unusual side. The main character of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise has appeared in the game. Such an event was organized in connection with the 30th anniversary of the Sonic games universe.

In addition to skins, the construction and survival simulator has a new mode inspired by the games in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. In this mode, users will be able to test themselves in a 3D platform game with endless space. There, players will have to run around the Green Hills and Chemical Plant biomes and collect rings, which, for obvious reasons, will not be round, but square. In addition, users will be faced with other tasks, including overcoming various obstacles, defeating bosses, and more.

The blue hedgehog add-on can be purchased from the in-game Minecraft store. Earlier, the first part of the Caves & Cliffs expansion appeared there, which brought with it several dozen new blocks.
