The giant company announced on its blog that exclusive games will no longer be created for Google Stadia. In addition, all studios that have been involved in improving cloud gaming will be disbanded. However, employees will not be left out of work - they will be transferred to other departments of Google.

For Stadia, only games that are already in development and close to release will be released. The Stadia project will be changed for broadcast purposes only. If the development of this service continues, it will only be through the support of third-party developers and publishers.

Google Stadia was released on November 19, 2019 in 14 countries. In order to access the games of the cloud service, you need to subscribe, and control in the games is implemented through a special proprietary controller, which is available for purchase separately. Moreover, it supports work on both PC and smartphones.
