Microsoft is doing great: the company presented a quarterly report

On July 22, Microsoft provided its financial report for the past quarter. In three months of the pandemic, Microsoft managed to "jump" over its head, surpassing the expectations of financial analysts.

Based on the report, quarterly revenue was $ 38 billion. This, in turn, is 13% more than the same period last year. Profit amounted to 11.2 billion, which is higher than last year's result.

Microsoft's gaming division has shown excellent results. Amid the pandemic, Xbox revenue grew 64% to $ 1.3 billion. Revenue from the sale of Xbox devices increased by 49% over the same period last year. And the key role was played by the sales of Xbox One consoles.
