17-year-old hacker who hacked GTA VI pleaded not guilty
A British 17-year-old hacker who was accused of hacking Rockstar Games and leaking confidential information has been detained by police. At the moment, he continues to be under charges from law enforcement agencies, but denies the guilt of what happened. He's in the juvenile delinquency unit.
However, the hacker admitted to violating bail conditions. In the past, he was involved in the attack on the servers of the titans of the computer industry, including Microsoft and NVIDIA. He did this, by the way, not alone, but with his six accomplices.

Investigators from Britain suggest that the 17-year-old defendant is a member of the Lapsus $ hacker group and that he is behind the recent major GTA VI hack and all subsequent leaks of about 90 videos and thousands of lines from the code of an unfinished game.
Although this fact somewhat pleased the fans with the fact that, 9 years after the release of the last GTA, they were able to learn at least something about the next part of Grand Theft Auto, nevertheless, such a move could harm the development of GTA VI, although Rockstar Games deny this.
By the way, this drain is rightly called the loudest in the history of video games. From the leaked data, it became known that there will be two acting main characters in the game: a white man Jason and a Hispanic Lucia. The tone of the game will move from lighter to quite serious, as it was in GTA IV.
From the leaked data, it also became known that the game open world of GTA VI will be at least 2 times larger than what the fifth licensed part of the series could offer. The release of the title should take place in 2025. According to Rockstar Games financial reports, a large influx of money should appear in the second half of 2024, which hints at the announcement of the title and the pre-order of the product.
