The global economic environment is a challenge that many of you around the world are no doubt facing. We are seeing high inflation rates as well as unfavorable currency trends that are affecting consumers and putting pressure on many industries. Given these challenging economic conditions, SIE has made the difficult decision to increase the MSRP of the PlayStation 5 in select markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LATAM), and Canada. There will be no price increase in the US.
