Players will lose access to DLC for Far Cry 3, Assassin's Creed 3 and several other games
A well-known video game publisher and developer from France, Ubisoft has shared plans to optimize the server infrastructure from September 1, 2022. Players will not be able to use online services and DLC in a number of games, including such well-known franchises as Assassin's Creed and Far Cry.
So in the series about the adventures of the order of assassins, the life cycle of such parts as Assassin's Creed II, Assassin's Creed 3, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Assassin's Creed Liberation HD and Assassin's Creed Revelations comes to an end. Multiplayer will not be available in all games, and cult parts, like the 3rd and Brotherhood, will be completely deprived of access to DLC.

The popular racing arcade game Driver San Francisco has also been made redundant. Players will also not be able to play with their friends and complete additional content.
The loudest title was the legendary and fan-favorite Far Cry 3, released in 2012. On PC, users will not be able to use online features, connect their Ubisoft account, or play DLC. Players on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 will be deprived of only the network component of the project.
