Valve extended transfer period for 2 days

Valve company decided to extend the registration period to The International 2017. Now, the organizations may change the teams till May 27. Also, Valve allowed teams to kick players from Dota 2 roster again despite the facts that the possibility to dismiss players from the rosters terminated on May 16. Currently, there is still no information about such teams as Thunderbirds, Virtus.pro and Evil Geniuses. Peter «ppd» Dager, Evil Geniuses CEO, and Alyssa «Slotherina» Thompson, Thunderbirds managers, thanked Valve for extending the period for roster changes.

The transfers in rosters before the 7th season of The International were held in two stages. First, till May 16 the organizations could dismiss players they did not want to continue cooperation with, and till May 24 they could sign free agents. The organizations that change the rosters after the end of transfer period won’t be able to get the invitation to the closed qualification to The International 7.
