The second season of Dota 2 Asia Championships announced

The organizers of the event are MarsTV and Perfect World.

The ceremony of summing up the previous year takes place in China annually. This year, the organizers of the event were Perfect World. On the ceremony, the second season of DAC was announced. Currently, only some details of the tournament have been announced: the tournament will take place in Shanghai in 2017 before The Kiev Major.

Evil Geniuses became the winners of the first season and took $1,300,000 of prize pool and championship title. Syed Sumail «SumaiL» Hassan first appeared at this tournament.
