Valve announced the start of accepting applications for holding Major CS: GO tournaments in 2022 and 2023

Valve has announced that it has begun accepting applications from tournament operators to host the RMR Championships, which will take place in 2022 and 2023. They want to host two major and two regional tournaments each year. It is noteworthy that Valve will provide financial assistance to tournament operators with a prize pool.

Major events will be held in May and November, and regional championships from the Reional Major Rankings series will be held before each of them.

Valve will be accepting entries for the 2022 tournaments until the end of June, and for the 2023 championships until November.

The next Major tournament will be PGL Major Stockholm 2021. It will be held from October 23 to November 7 in the capital of Sweden. 24 teams will compete for a total prize pool of $ 2,000,000 and ESL Pro Tour and BLAST Premier rating points.
