What are skins in CS 2?

These items allow you to customize your arsenal of weapons. In Counter-Strike 2, skins are available for all types of firearms and cold weapons, as well as gloves and agent appearances, excluding grenades, bombs, and sapper kits. All virtual items have been transferred from CS:GO to CS 2.

Skin Rarity LevelsThere are a total of 16 rarity levels, and some of them may have similar colors:

1. Consumer Grade - white.
2. Industrial Grade - light blue.
3. Mil-Spec - dark blue.
4. Restricted - purple.
5. Classified - pinkish-purple.
6. Covert - red.
7. Base Grade - white.
8. High Grade - dark blue.
9. Exceptional - purple.
10. Extraordinary - dark purple.
11. Contraband - purple.
12. Masterpiece - red.
13. Exotic - dark blue.
14. Remarkable - dark purple.
15. Classified - purple.
16. Contraband - gold.

Skin Quality in CS 2 in Order:

• Battle-Scarred.
• Well-Worn.
• Field-Tested.
• Minimal Wear.
• Factory New.

Skin Wear Levels (float):

• From 0.01 to 0.07 - Factory New (FN).
• From 0.07 to 0.15 - Minimal Wear (MW).
• From 0.15 to 0.38 - Field-Tested (FT).
• From 0.38 to 0.45 - Well-Worn (WW).
• From 0.45 to 1 - Battle-Scarred (BS).

Souvenir and Collection Sets:

Souvenir sets used to drop during Majors, but now you can obtain them using viewer pass coins. These skins feature unique championship stickers. Collection sets also contain items of various rarities.
