ESIC confirmed the lifting of blocking from peacemaker
ESIC issued an official statement on the case of the coach of Imperial Esports, in which it confirmed the lifting of the block from the peacemaker. Representatives of the Commission confirmed that after examining the evidence provided, Commissioner Ian Smith came to the conclusion that the 34-year-old Brazilian specialist was innocent.
It is reported that peacemaker admitted to violating one of the points of the Code of Conduct, because he did not take any action to inform ESIC about the occurrence of the bug. In this regard, the Commission suspended the coach from the competitive scene for 22 days, but peacemaker has already served his sentence and is allowed to full-fledged coaching.

At the end, ESIC also recommended that the participants in the investigation refrain from any public comments. In addition, the Commission stated that notices of indictment of certain individuals do not constitute actual charges that should lead to sanctions. Thus, ESIC publicly announces the threat to the integrity of the competition, but does not oblige tournament operators, especially those who are not partners, to comply with the decision to suspend participants.
Recall that ESIC brought charges against the peacemaker for using a bug with which the coach flew around the map and could see the location of the players of the opposite team. According to the charge, the 34-year-old Brazilian risked a two-year ban.
The 34-year-old Brazilian specialist encountered a camera bug in 2018 while coaching the Heroic team. In one of the rounds of the match against Imperial, the specialist moved freely around the map in spectator mode, looking at the location of his opponents. According to the peacemaker himself, at that moment he did not transmit any information to his players.
At the moment, the fate of the two coaches, who were subject to preliminary punishment under the new ESIC investigation, is unknown. Along with zakk and hally, they were also sanctioned by the ESIC, thus missing PGL Major Antwerp 2022.
