ESIC denied information about lifting the ban from HUNDEN
Integrity Commission in eSports (ESIC) has denied the information about removing the ban from HUNDEN. In a commentary to the Rush B Media portal, representatives of the organization said that they would discuss what was happening with their lawyers, and declined to provide more detailed statements.
The statements are untrue, refuted and the matter has been referred to our lawyers/lawyers. Accordingly, it is not appropriate for ESIC to comment further at this time.
Earlier, the EsportFire portal shared information according to which HUNDEN could get unbanned from ESIC. According to the source, the 30-year-old Dane has launched legal proceedings with ESIC to challenge the ban. As a result, the Commission did not find hard evidence, which led to the termination of the case in a pre-trial order and intentions to apologize to the former Heroic coach.
As HUNDEN himself reported in an interview with the Danish broadcaster TV2, ESIC threatened to issue a five-year ban if he appealed the verdict. As a result, the Danish specialist received a ban on participation in events held by the partners of the Commission.

Recall that HUNDEN missed IEM Cologne 2021 for unknown reasons. Later it turned out that the coach shared with a direct competitor[probablyAstralis]a folder that contained confidential information about Heroic tactics. The organization immediately removed the specialist from work and sent a complaint to ESIC.
The Commission for Integrity in Esports brought the matter of transferring confidential information to an opponent to the end, issuing a two-year ban to the specialist. As ESIC mentions in their report, they investigated the situation through various sources and methods, which led to sufficient evidence to make a decision.
