The first details about the new agent - Yoru appeared

Only a week is left before the release of the long-awaited second episode, which means that every day there will be more and more rumors about possible changes and additions to VALORANT. Now the first concrete details have appeared about the fourteenth agent in the game - Yoru.

New agent feature list:

• Creates false steps on the selected part of the map.
• Temporarily blinds enemies looking in his direction.
• Opens a portal through which you can teleport around the map.
• Becomes invisible to opponents.

A few days ago, a video appeared on the Reddit forum, which demonstrates the capabilities of the new agent. At the end of the video, you can see how a new agent ⁠— Yoru ⁠— opens a hole in space. He then grabs Hanni's mask and enters another dimension. According to the translated ability details, this ultimate makes Agent 14 "invisible" and may even make him "invulnerable" to attacks. This can work similarly to the "Into the Void" Wraith tactic in Apex Legends.

The new Valiant Agent is expected to release alongside Episode 2. The second episode is slated for release on January 12, 2021.
