The agent unlocking system in VALORANT has been reworked

Riot Games has introduced a new agent and content unlocking system in VALORANT. The company has released videos about these changes on the shooter's YouTube channel.

A new currency called Kingdom will be introduced in the game. Players will earn it by completing daily and weekly quests. These credits can be used to purchase accessories, sprays, and other items from the new in-game store. However, the available items will change on a weekly basis.

Under the updated agent unlocking system, the unlocking contract will be automatically activated upon the release of a new character. If a player fails to complete the contract to unlock the agent, they will have the option to purchase it using Kingdom currency.

The new system will come into effect with the launch of the first act of Episode 7, scheduled for June 28th.
