Demon1 became the sixth Evil Geniuses player

The North American esports organization Evil Geniuses has announced the strengthening of its VALORANT roster by signing a contract with Demon1. The 20-year-old American joins the team to become the eighth member of the Evil Geniuses before the start of the new competitive season. It is not clear how the team will use their entire clip, but the precedent could be indicative for other partner clubs.

Demon1 spent the last four months of his career with Sqn 2.0. Here, the 20-year-old American player became the winner of Knights Arena North America 2022: Weekly #8, Knights Arena North America 2022: Weekly #12 and Knights Arena Monthly Gauntlet 2022: September, and also made it to the top three at Knights Arena North America 2022: Weekly #11, Liquid Open 2022 - North America and BoomTV VALORANT Select.

Recall that the Organization Evil Geniuses was included in the final list of partners for the American League. Here the club will play in the same ecosystem together with Sentinels, 100 Thieves, Cloud9, NRG Esports, Leviatán Esports, FURIA, LOUD, KRÜ Esports and MIBR. At the same time, the "Evil Geniuses" were able to maintain their former composition, and also signed several newcomers.

The young American is expected to debut on the 2023 VALORANT Champions Tour: LOCK//IN São Paulo starting in February in Brazil. In the first round of the competition, the North American team will play with the representatives of Europe - Team Heretics.
