LCS studio in Los Angeles will host the matches of the American League VCT 2023

Riot Games intends to establish unified control over League of Legends and VALORANT matches as its flagship esports programs. As a result, both disciplines will be played in the same studio in North America, which has recently been renamed Riot Games Arena.

In addition to the new name, the studio will receive a "complete update[and]makeover" including a new 18-foot stage "that transforms to suit each discipline's custom layout" and "over 1,000 LED screens." However, the matches of the two disciplines will be held on different days, which will allow you to combine performances on the same site.

It is worth noting that the first spring split in the LCS will be played in the usual format, when the teams do not have to share the arena. This is due to the fact that partner teams from VALORANT will go to the VALORANT Champions Tour 2023: LOCK//IN São Paulo in Brazil, which will replace the first split of the discipline.

It is noteworthy that the organizers did not squeeze teams from the LEC and the European league VCT 2023 in space. In particular, Riot Games intends to build a new gaming house in Berlin called Messe Berlin Charlottenburg, where VALORANT partner teams will be located.

Note that Riot Games has officially unveiled the VCT 2023 partner league schedule. VALORANT Champions Tour 2023: Americas League matches are scheduled for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
