Sentinels signs VALORANT Champions 2022 winners

The North American esports organization Sentinels has announced the signing of contracts with pANcada and Sacy. The winners of VALORANT Champions 2022 join the team they will represent next season of VCT 2023.

pANcada and Sacy spent their last season with LOUD. Together with the team, Brazilian esportsmen became the champions of VCT 2022: Brazil Stage 1 Challengers, VCT 2022: Brazil Stage 2 Challengers and VALORANT Champions 2022, and also took second place in the VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík.

The Sentinels are one of ten organizations that have made it into the VALORANT American League, which will be based in Los Angeles next season. They will be joined by four other organizations from North America (Cloud9, 100 Thieves, Evil Geniuses and NRG Esports), three from Brazil (LOUD, FURIA and MIBR) and two from Latin America (KRU Esports and Leviatán Esports).

Recall that earlier the Sentinels organization announced the extension of the contract with TenZ, and also presented an updated coaching staff, which included SyykoNT and kaplan. In addition, the club signed zekken from XSET and also decided to say goodbye to dapr.

It's unclear what the future holds for shroud, whose signing was initially considered from a marketing standpoint. It is likely that the organization will study the transfer market for possible strengthening in the future.
