Sentinels and Version1 are preparing for a player exchange
According to insider George Geddes, the North American teams Sentinels and Version1 are preparing for a player exchange ahead of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: North America Last Chance Qualifier. The Sentinels are currently training with Zellsis while Kanpeki is set to move to Version1. An official announcement is expected in the coming days.
Zellsis has been part of Version1 since the team's inception last February. In a year and a half, the 24-year-old American helped the team win the Knights Monthly Gauntlet - March and NSG: Winter Championship - Open 4, reach the final at VCT 2021: North America Stage 2 Challengers Finals, and take 5-6th place at VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavik.

In turn, Kanpeki moved from Akrew to the Sentinels only in April, but failed to become a fundamental player, failing with the team at the VCT 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers group stage.
Note that the Sentinels recently signed a former CS:GO player and popular streamer shroud, who will close the hole in the lineup associated with the forced absence of SicK.
The Sentinels' next championship will be the 2022 VALORANT Champions Tour: North America Last Chance Qualifier, which will take place in August. The team will compete for one ticket to VALORANT Champions 2022, which will also be fought for by The Guard, FaZe Clan, Cloud9, Shopify Rebellion, NRG, 100 Thieves and Evil Geniuses.
However, Version1 is preparing for the MCT - MEL Valorant Premiership - Season 3 Playoffs, which will take place early next month.
The likely VALORANT Sentinels roster is as follows:
- ShahZaM
- shroud
- dapr
- Tenz
- Zellsis
- Rawkus (coach)
A possible composition of Version1 by VALORANT is as follows:
- effys
