After the release Valorant will have 12 heroes

Valorant at the time of release will be able to offer players a choice of only 12 heroes. This was reported to Riot Games in a recent interview for the ESPN portal.

Valorant is currently in beta testing, which kicked off on April 7th. There are 10 characters available. In addition to introducing two more new characters, Riot Games plans to expand the card pool to four. Now players can confront each other only on three battlefields. Valorant is scheduled for summer 2020.

The number of beta test participants is growing through random distribution of keys. Access to the game is given to viewers who watch Valorant official broadcasts on Twitch. This allowed the new project to gain more than 1,700,000 viewers on the day the beta game was released.
