Rebels Gaming to perform at VRL Spain: Rising with a stand-in

Information appeared on the Twitter account that the team will not be able to perform at the upcoming VRL Spain in full force. The place of Ilya 'Vo0kashu' Ushakov will be taken by Thomas 'Tomaszy' Machado, who joined the esports club on June 15th. The management foresaw this moment and signed the Portuguese esportsman in order to secure participation in the event, despite the possible omission of the Russian in this tournament.

Rebels take part in VRL Spain Stage 2. The playoffs of the tournament are held offline from June 21 to July 2. In the next match, Rebels will face Case Esports. The team will compete for reaching the final of the championship. The Spanish competition does not have a cash prize pool, but the winner will receive a coveted invitation to the VRL 2022 Finals with a prize pool of 150,000 euros.
