Immortals is looking for a VALORANT roster coach

The North American esports organization Immortals has announced the search for a roster coach for the VALORANT discipline. The corresponding announcement with a link to the vacancy was posted by the club on its social networks.

Do you have what it takes to lead the next generation of game changers in North America? We are looking for a new VALORANT Coach to join our roster!

In the explanatory note, the organization indicated that the vacant position provides for a focus on teamwork through the development of a well-thought-out training program, individual coaching, effective communication between the team and the club and strategic development. In addition to team development and individual coaching, the head coach must work closely with team managers to oversee player management and be involved in important decision making.

List of requirements for applicants:

• Relevant experience as a VALORANT team coach.
• Proficiency in English in oral and written form.
• Good communication and leadership skills to work in stressful situations.
• Ability to work with other resources and departments of the organization.
• No restrictions on moving around the world.

Recall that in March of this year, the Immortals organization announced a change in course and disbanded the main roster in the VALORANT discipline. As a result, the club assembled an all-female roster, which managed to take second place in the Knights Arena Sakura Cup #6 in three months, and also take part in the qualification for VCT 2022: Game Changers North America Series 1.
