Riot Games has officially suspended keznit from competition for violating community guidelines. Recall that a month ago, a 20-year-old Chilean cybersportsman insulted a Gamelanders Blue player during an official match, thereby violating rules 7.1.2 of the Global Competition Policy.

Last month, a dispute broke out between the parties, which eventually led to the KRÜ Esports player being banned from the South American server. According to Riot Games official ruling, personal attacks were committed by players from both teams. However, the rules of the Global Competition Policy were violated when keznit made a comment about dgzin that was "inappropriate for a professional player".

Shortly after the first news broke, KRÜ Esports stated that they were working on this issue internally to resolve the issue. A couple of days later, the organization issued a statement saying the issue had been resolved. However, keznit eventually backed down and apologized.

As punishment, keznit will be suspended from VCT 2022: LAS Stage 1 Challengers and his game account will be "checked periodically for any signs of toxicity" for the next six months. In addition, the esports player will have to complete advanced training courses developed by Riot Games.

In turn, KRÜ Esports played ahead of the curve and signed a contract with wait the day before. The 26-year-old Chilean esportsman will help the team as part of the upcoming VCT 2022: LAS Stage 1 Challengers, which will be held online from March 12-13.
