Meta Gaming Disbands VALORANT Roster

Meta Gaming is a Paraguayan esports organization, in addition to teams in different gaming disciplines, it also organizes various esports tournaments and events in Paraguay. The VALORANT roster that was recruited in October 2021 and was active through March 2022 has been disbanded. The organization does not provide specific details. The team's performance in past tournaments is quite average, which in turn most likely caused the collapse.

In 2021 Meta Gaming took part in VCT 2021: LAS Stage 1 Challengers 3 where it took 3rd place losing to Optix, the team won $500. The next series of VCT 2021: LAS Stage 2 Challengers 2 was better for Meta Gaming and the team was able to take 2nd place against ATROPELADOS, the team won $1000. At VCT 2021: Latin America Stage 2 Challengers Finals Meta Gaming once again faced ATROPELADOS, taking 7th-8th place in the tournament, winning $1,500 for themselves. The last tournament for Meta Gaming was VCT 2022 - LATAM South - Stage 1 - Challengers, the team failed to get past the qualifiers. Despite the 2: 0 victory match against 9z Team, previous defeats affected the lack of final points.
