Gibo left coaching at Team Secret

European esports organization Team Secret has announced its separation from Gibo, who led the VALORANT squad. The organization thanked the specialist for his contribution to the development of the team and wished him success in the future.

Gibo entered the professional scene back in the summer of 2020 as the head of Bren Esports. The Filipino specialist has done a great job with the team that has become the leader of their region, winning many tournaments including Mineski VxV, VCT 2021: Philippines Stage 1 Challengers 1, VCT 2021: Philippines Stage 1 Challengers 2, VCT 2021: Philippines Stage 2 Challengers 2, VCT 2021: Philippines Stage 3 Challengers 1 and VCT 2021: Southeast Asia Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs.

However, the previous organization did not manage to issue visas for their team, which is why Gibo and the roster missed VCT 2021: Stage 3 Masters - Berlin. After that, the team was signed by the Team Secret organization, giving the roster more opportunities for growth. Gibo paid back the trust in full by reaching the final of the Mineski VxV 2021 - Invitational Playoffs with the team, as well as making it to the quarterfinals of VALORANT Champions 2021.
