Evostation accuses VP of non-payment of prize money and breach of contract
Evostation, a former Virtus.pro PUBG Mobile roster player, criticized the club for not following the terms of the contract. According to the esportsman, the organization did not pay him about $8,800. He spoke about this on his social networks, noting the incompetent attitude towards him from the leadership.
On June 1, I went on loan to Vista Gaming. Virtus.pro agreed and the parties entered into an agreement. There was a condition in the contract between the clubs that if we go to the next stage of PUBG Mobile Pro League Arabia Fall 2022, then Vista Gaming will be obliged to buy me out. As you know, we didn't make it there. Nobody bought me.
Upon returning home, I turned to the management and asked: "What are our next steps?". At first they told me that I would stay at the club as a streamer, but as many heard on the stream, the management's response was something like this: "As long as I'm in VP, Evostation will never be here." For all the time in VP, I did not receive a single fine, I did not have a single violation. Why is there such an attitude towards me?

On July 26, I receive a letter that I opened on August 10, which says that from June 1 I am not a Virtus.pro player. Kind of got fired after the fact. But the contract clearly states that all rights to me during the loan period belong to VP. I sent the club a response letter, where I explained that it was illegal and contrary to the terms of our contract - and on such conditions I am not going to leave Virtus.pro.
According to the contract, the terms of which were not violated by me, I am still in the organization and must receive a salary. In my letters, I made it clear that I was ready to continue doing my job. Also, all my prize money is with VP. At the moment, the club owes me about $8,800.
Evostation played for Virtus.pro from December last year to August 2022, with a short-term loan break at Vista Gaming. Together with the team, the 23-year-old esportsman took second place in Altel Cyber Games Season 5.
