Hearthstone's Newest Tavern Brawl is one of the Craziest We've Seen!

Ever wanted to know what it’s like to wield cards that aren’t even playable in the game, and use them against your adversaries? Well, if so, you’re in luck! This week’s Tavern Brawl, ‘Boss Battle Royale’, is quite the crazy one. Players pick the class they want to play as, before diving headlong into a boss battle designed for each of the nine classes. But here’s the catch – they’re a player too!

This brawl can be used to complete quests, which is a nice touch as well. These are not bosses we’re unfamiliar with, either – in fact, we should recognize them! Lady Naz’jar, Grobbulus, Skelesaurus Hex (if anyone remembers that nightmare of a heroic battle), and The Curator are just a few names off the list! These decks are incredibly similar, and feature many of the same mechanics as those seen in the individual boss battles from Single Player Adventures. Each of these bosses is attuned specifically to one of the classic nine classes, meaning that, for example, playing as the Warlock class will always match you against Noth the Plaguebringer each and every time.

Try this one out! Seriously, if you’re one of those people (like me) who just plays the Tavern Brawls once a week for the free pack, this one is worth putting some time into. Play it with some friends, try out all the classes – after all, there are a total of 18 different heroes to play as during this brawl!
