Blizzard to celebrate 20 years of Diablo with a Hearthstone Tavern Brawl!

Blizzard’s Diablo series is on its third installment of the series, and is largely considered a classic to be way ahead of its time. In commemoration of the world of Sanctuary turning 20 years old soon, Blizzard has announced special events in their other games, including a Tavern Brawl for Hearthstone! The only statement (sentence, really) that has been released about it reads as follows:

“In this Tavern Brawl, a hooded stranger awaits, holding a grim deck in his hands. Will you unravel the secrets surrounding this dark wanderer?”

We can only guess at what exactly this means, however, Blizzard’s other games have seen similar announcements as well, including a themed Portrait in Heroes of the Storm, a Diablo-themed worker portrait in Starcraft II, and in-game sprays for Overwatch!

We don’t know a whole lot about this announcement, so stay tuned, as this article will be updated with more information as it is released!
