Final Fantasy XVI has got a teaser site

Square Enix is slowly starting to introduce players to the upcoming Final Fantasy XVI. Today, the developers have released a teaser site where you can find out about the history, characters and details of the next installment in the Final Fantasy series.

The game takes place in the world of Valisthea, where mystical crystals are located. With the help of these same crystals, people nourish the strength for their magic. The main human settlements are also concentrated around the crystals. There are six regions in total in the game. Peace reigned between them, which was threatened by the rapid spread of filth.

The protagonist of the game will be Clive Rosefield, who at a young age became the first shield of the kingdom, but after the tragedy he is forced to follow the path of revenge. Also, the key role is allocated to Clive's brother - Joshua, in whom the ancient power of the Phoenix awakened.

They promise to tell us more details in 2021. The game is planned to be released in 2021 on the PlayStation 5.
