Hyper Scape are waiting for global improvements

The Hyper Scape developers shared their thoughts and plans regarding their project in their blog. They note that despite the satisfactory excitement during the beta test and a few days before the start, the release itself did not live up to their expectations, and most importantly the expectations of the players.

The Hyper Scape authors tried to understand what led to the rather low engagement rates. First of all, the developers noted the threshold for entering the game. According to them, the project from the very beginning was conceived as a game with high requirements for mechanical skill. As it turned out, this very threshold was too high. This will be the first aspect that the authors of the project will work on.

Ubisoft is planning to add spawn, ranked matches, various modes and a progression system to the game. And to retain the audience, cross-play will be implemented earlier than planned. The second competitive mode will start on October 6th. He will bring a new "floor is lava" mode to the game, which will be the fifth in a row.
