Ghost of Tsushima CDs Sold Out by Japanese Retail Stores

Sony said on their Twitter account that all physical copies of Ghost of Tsushima have been sold out, and new shipments of discs are on the way. The platform developers also advised players to purchase a digital version of the game with a Japanese setting if they really want to play the game, but cannot wait for the delivery of new discs.

After its release, Ghost of Tsushima peaked at number one in the UK charts for the third week of July. Sucker Punch's game has left behind such successful titles as F1 2020, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, The Last of Us Part II, and Paper Mario: The Origami King.

On July 17, Ghost of Tsushima was released and became a PlayStation 4 exclusive. The game was warmly received by both journalists (83/100) and gamers (9.2/10).
