Netease Games has announced the release of Rusty Rabbit, and the Mugen project has delighted with an impressive new video

Today at Tokyo Game Show, Netease Games unveiled several exciting announcements. Among them is a new project called Rusty Rabbit.

This is a 2.5D Side-Scrolling Action Adventure game set to release on PlayStation 5 and PC in 2024.

The game's protagonist is Stamp, a charming rabbit with an old soul, who lives on a planet abandoned by humanity and makes a living by collecting items from scrap metal. However, one day he accidentally stumbles upon open levels and discovers a D-Tam, a terminal used for storing information.

Using these terminals, he embarks on a quest to find his missing daughter, a journey that may lead to uncovering the hidden secrets of the planet.

One of the intriguing aspects of the game is its collaboration with the Japanese developer Nitroplus, with the story written by Gen Urobuchi.

Urobuchi-san is renowned as a master of visual novels and light novels, known for works like "Saya no Uta," "Phantom of Inferno," and many others.
