Introducing Three New Characters in Genshin Impact: Lini, Linette, and Fremine

Genshin Impact developers have officially announced the introduction of three new playable characters. These characters are expected to make their debut in version 4.0, slated for a mid-August release.

One of the newly revealed characters is Lini, a renowned illusionist hailing from Fontaine. Lini is known for his kindness and reliability both on and off the stage, and he possesses the Pyro elemental ability.

Joining Lini in the game is his sister, Linette, who serves as his assistant during performances. Unlike her brother, Linette is modest and indifferent to the applause and admiration of the crowd. Her elemental affinity lies with Anemo, the power of wind.

The third addition to the roster is Fremine, the younger brother of Lini and Linette. Fremine, who is a skilled diver, prefers to avoid the limelight and seeks solace in the depths of the sea. As a hero, Fremine wields a Cryo-imbued sword.

It is anticipated that these characters will become available for players to control shortly after the addition of their native region, Fontaine, which is set to arrive in the middle of August. The developers have already given players a glimpse of all the exciting new heroes from Fontaine.
