New Saints Row has been moved

In August 2021, Deep Silver, together with developers from Volition, announced the relaunch of the beloved Saints Row. A reimagining of the series was supposed to be released in February 2022, but plans have changed.

The release was pushed back by six months. It will be possible to see the new game no earlier than August 23 of next year.

The reason for this is quite simple. The developers want to make a cooler game, and the initial plan for the release of Saints Row in February could affect the quality of the final product.

By "cool", the developers at Volition mean the quality of the game. The plot, characters and other narrative aspects of the new Saints Row are ready and will not be changed, only technical aspects will be finalized.

The Saints Row relaunch is coming to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One. On PC, the game will be an Epic Games exclusive.
