Nordavind announces rebranding

The Norwegian esports organization Nordavind rebranded as 00Nation following the merger of the two companies in July 2021. According to the press release, the 00Nation name will be used in all areas of the business, including the esports teams previously owned by the Nordavind tag.

The name change is expected to reflect "a new and broader spectrum of business operations" as the organization seeks to "create a global community centered around esports and gaming." Along with the rebranding, the organization announced the signing of the Brazilian collective O PLANO.

Moreover, 00Nation has appointed Christian Aas, formerly of TRY Film, as its production manager.

Nordavind is currently represented in eSports disciplines such as League of Legends, Fortnite, FIFA, and Rocket League.
