Astralis announced a partnership with POWER

Danish esports organization Astralis has announced a new commercial partnership with electronics retailer POWER. The deal will bring Astralis to retail outlets throughout Northern Europe.

According to the press release, POWER will install “separate Astralis universes in our stores.” The retailer will also supply Astralis-branded products and plan other in-store activations with the team.

Astralis is arguably the most famous Danish esports team at the moment. In addition to its presence in the LEC, the organization is the first in history to win four Counter-Strike: Global Offensive World Championships, and the first to win three such tournaments in a row.

POWER Denmark Sales Manager Simon Frohlich: "Everyone in this region who has ever heard of esports knows the name Astralis."

Note that the organization recently created a gaming center in Copenhagen called Astralis Nexus in partnership with the Tivoli Gardens amusement park.
