Team Vitality intends to launch fan tokens

French esports organization Team Vitality has announced plans to launch fan tokens on the Socios blockchain app. The deal, partnered with blockchain provider Chiliz, will allow $ VIT Fan token holders access to exclusive Team Vitality content, store activations and vouchers.

In addition, token holders will be able to attend some of the organization's events as special guests. Team Vitality will also conduct monthly surveys where fans can influence decisions.

The $ VIT Fan token will launch on July 1st and will cost € 2 each at the time of the initial sale. A total of 7 million Team Vitality digital collectibles will be minted on the Chiliz blockchain.

Note that Team Vitality is not the only esports organization launching fan tokens on Socios. For example, OG, NAVI, Team Heretics, and Team Alliance have also announced similar activations in the past.
