G2 Esports has entered into an agreement with Betway

The esports organization G2 Esports announced a partnership agreement with the betting company Betway.

According to a press release, the two-year agreement will allow Betway and G2 Esports to collaborate on a series of promotions aimed at "driving growth across multiple channels." The action plan includes hosting and co-creating show matches, live broadcasts, giveaways and a host of other content.

In addition to the numerous content components and activations, fans will find training in responsible betting.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

G2 Esports will join several well-known organizations that have established partnerships with the bookmaker such as FURIA, MIBR, PSG Esports and BIG. This long list should also be complemented by the Swedish organization Ninjas in Pajamas, with which Betway has partnered since 2016.

As for G2 Esports, the partnership agreement with Betway will be the first cooperation with betting companies since 2018. As a reminder, the organization then teamed up with ESP.bet for its first foray into esports betting.
